Quick return of knife to save non-production time, convenient operation, accurate cutting size and the precision of milling cut is ≦0.1mm. Use five high quality carbide cutters to mill correct tenon on the end of profile. The five milling cutters are respectively mounted on four main motor shafts, which can be forward/back/up/down adjusted according to the height of aluminum material. Large workbench, once can mill 10-12 profiles, high production efficiency, suitable for mass production. Additional cutting saw blade can be installed according to customer request. Working motor can be selected according to the requirement of tenon. It can mill series 38-90 window material,insulation material and curtain wall material. The tool has automatic spray cooling system in milling.
