Main application to cut aluminum profile of door and window. High quality carbide saw blade gives accurate processing and high endurance, the max. outside diameter can up to 600mm. Both feeding linear guiderail and length NC moving guiderail are original imported, which can reach high precision machining. When the machine working, the saw blade of both heads can cut profiles simultaneously or separately. The machine is equiped with Japanese Panasonic CNC system, computer touch screen and original package German ELGO magnetic grating ruler feedback system, which to achieve the high positioning accuracy. The repeat positioning accuracy can up to + / - 0.1mm. The saw blade can automatic fast returned once the raw material is exhausted, it is extremely safe and convenient.
