Mainly application to cut aluminum alloy profile, also can cut plastic profile. High quality carbide saw blade gives accurate processing and high endurance, the max. outer diameter can up to 20 ", high linear speed, high precision machining. When the machine working, the saw blade of both heads can cut profiles simultaneously or separately. By using the numerical control system, the saw blade can be set in any angle of 22.5°~90°~135°. The machine is equiped with Japanese Panasonic CNC system, original package German ELGO feedback system, which is to achieve the high positioning accuracy. The repeat positioning accuracy can up to + / - 0.1mm. Using the original package Italian straight-out motor which is to achieve the high cutting precision and raise mechanical stability and prolong service life.
