As a welded structure, the moving parts (machine head and column) are all made of high strength HT250 cast iron material, resin sand process and two aging treatment to eliminate stress. the equipment is a set of milling, drilling, tapping, chamfering as one of the automated composite processing center, suitable for processing various lengths of steel, copper, aluminum and other metal processing. The system/servo adopts the complete set of Japanese FANUC scheme, which is more stable and reliable. It can change the knife automatically for about 2 seconds (knife to knife).
